Can I cancel my ticket booking?
The event organiser is under no obligation to allow you to cancel and give you a refund of your ticket, so please take care to ensure, before purchasing, that you are able to attend the event.
You can request a refund and cancellation of a ticket to an event. This will go directly to the event organiser who will at their discretion, decide whether to accept the request and refund your money.
Prior Booking does not take any responsibility for this process or indeed the decision of whether to offer a refund, it is a purely down to the event organiser.
To request a refund you would need to log into your account and then access the details of the event either through your order history or by navigating to the event directly if it has not already occurred. You will have access to the event orgainser's contact details and you can then contact them to request a refund.
